This summer, LaToya is working on 3 large scale mural projects!

Art@ Work Mural - LaToya is serving as a Lead Artist with the Art@ Work Mural program. Her team is painting a mural at 5460 Park Heights ave. in Baltimore City. We been painting next week! Art @ Work is a five-week mural artist apprenticeship program for Baltimore City youth enrolled in the city’s Youthworks program. Young people ages 14-21 will be hired to work under lead teaching artists to create highly visible murals, sculptures or mosaics throughout their neighborhood. The goal of Art @ Work: 2018 is to introduce youth to career opportunities in the arts, offer gainful employment in a positive learning environment and to provide youth with the tools to express themselves through the arts, all while beautifying their community. Guilford Street Bridge Mural- LaToya has been commissioned by the Greenmount West Association to paint a massive mural along both sides of the Guildford Street Bridge in Baltimore City! Painting currently in progress!

Children's Library Mural- LaToya has also been commissioned by the Enoch Pratt Free Library of Baltimore to paint a large scale mural in the Orlean Street branch Children's Library. Currently in design phase.
